To make an appointment, please call me directly at (206) 229-6143.
My fee is $200 for an initial intake session, $130 per 45 min session and $150 per 55 min session. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time or the full fee will be charged. Please notice that insurance does not cover missed appointments.
I accept the following insurances:
- Premera Blue Cross
- Kaiser Permanente PPO
- First Choice Health Network
As a licensed mental health counselor in Washington state I also can be billed as an out of network provider for most insurance plans. This means I would receive direct payment from you and provide a billing statement for you to request a reimbursement from your insurance company. I would advise you to contact your insurance company to learn more about your plan as I cannot guarantee you would be reimbursed. However, most insurance companies will reimburse for therapeutic services. If you are not sure about this process, I can help you figure it out with your insurance company. Here there are some questions you can ask your health insurance:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is my copay for out-patient mental health services?
- What is my coinsurance for mental health services?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Is a referral required from my primary care physician?
